APNIC is the Regional Internet Registry administering IP addresses for the Asia Pacific. It is responsible for the distribution of Internet number resources to its member organizations across the Asia Pacific region, as well as maintaining a database of those organizations and the resources they use. APNIC Academy is one of the main products with the goal to empower members with it's online learning platform.

UX/UI design work for APNIC Academy, APNIC Styleguide strategy, UI leadership, Multiple UX research activities like card sorting and tree testing, where members helped us define the new navigation for APNIC Academy. During my time at APNIC we introduced the new program User Feedback Group, where members could provide feedback and contribute ideas. These user research studies could be online exercises, a survey or a zoom call, to help to improve APNIC’s products and services for the community. UX/UI design tasks: - Tree Testing - Card Sorting - Information Architecture - Navigation Design - Visual Design - Integration to Design System
The design approach was very much information-led and validated based on feedback from APNIC members. Because APNIC is a technical and institutional organisation, the UI needed to feel credible and structured while still being approachable. We used a clean, modular visual language for the Design System that could scale across content-heavy websites and digital products.
